Our years of experience as UK Customs clearance agents allow us to offer a comprehensive
range of services for both shippers and freight forwarders.

All shipments from Turkey must be customs cleared when entering the United Kingdom. Road imports from Turkey by road is subject to payment of VAT. When the UK was in the EU, duty-free status was allowed for most imports arriving from Turkey. Now, the certificate of origin and origin declaration on invoice is required.

With our own offices and network of agents in Dover, Thamesport, Tilbury, Felixstowe, Immingham, Hull, Teesport, Liverpool, Southampton, Bristol, Grangemouth and Belfast, our aim is to become your ‘one call for all’ customs clearance services provider.

We provide road customs clearance:

We provide sea customs clearance:

  • Customs clearance at all major ports


The customers can benefit from using our own E.T.S.F warehouse in Belvedere, Kent in case their shipments cannot clear through customs to avoid paying heavy port demurrage charges.

T-form gurantee

We can arrange for principals to move goods between the UK and other EU countries, or between port and inland clearing depots, using our T-form guarantee (subject to conditions).


Your export shipments can be cleared through customs using our export N.E.S. and N.C.T.S. declarations at all major Ro/Ro ferry ports throughout the UK


We can provide an electronic Intrastat service for the declaration of your inter-community movements ATR/EUR1 endorsements. We can get both ATR and EUR1 documents endorsed in Dover for our exporters of Turkish shipments.
